Brüggli Zug, pop-up in 2024
The Brüggli in Zug is a lakeside oasis for all to enjoy. A place to swim, relax and enjoy the good things in life – directly on the water with a view of the lake and the mountains. It’s actually quite similar to Fischer’s Fritz in Zurich, Wollishofen, where Sandro Casaulta gained his experience in managing a lakeside restaurant. In this sense, the Sommerbeiz Brüggli is a kind of Fischer’s Fritz summer pop-up restaurant in Zug, independently run by Sandro.
The Brüggli will only be open during the 2024 summer season. After that, the shore zone is set to be redesigned to feature more space for guests visiting the beautiful lakeside area and, quite certainly, another great restaurant.
Menu
Everything that you expect from a fun day on the lake. The menu is designed to please guests and also features regional producers. The meat and sausage are sourced from local butchers. Bread is from a bakery in Zug. Fish comes from Lake Zug or other Swiss bodies of water. Beer from Baar or Einsiedeln, wine from vineyards very close by and a few from other nearby regions. Then, of course, there are some fresh, healthy salads, delicious vegetables, sinful desserts and enough options to fill up all the kids who want to recharge after swimming, diving, jumping and paddling.
