Schiffstattion, since 2018

Right by the waterside next to the boat landing stage in Männedorf, there’s a picturesque spot that nestles beneath wonderful old trees. There you will find an enchanting restaurant that caters for 120 guests and offers a splendid view.

Schiffstation can be reached by passenger boat or by private boat, as there are two moorings right in front of the restaurant. There’s also a car park alongside. The gateway to this little paradise under the open sky is just a hundred yards from the railway station.

Offer

The focus is on local produce as far as possible. Freshly caught fish from Lake Zurich are the order of the day, as well as a fine grill for sausages, skewers and other popular favourites. A wide variety of salads and specials is also on offer. The wine menu features red and white wines from Turmgut Erlenbach. If the menu does venture abroad, then it’s just over a neighbouring border. Guests who still can’t find what they’re after can select their wine themselves at the nearby Baur au Lac Vins boutique.
