As a bartender and buffet server, you are a pivotal part of the excellent service we provide. You prepare drinks as instructed by the management. And you have full control over the quality and quantity of the drinks dispensed. A clean mise en place is essential for work as a bartender. Without good preparation, things can get chaotic pretty quickly. That’s why we count on you to prepare the bar in advance for the next day. And of course you also independently complete work that has been assigned to you by management. Your skills and talent are always in demand. Especially when you are mixing cocktails or when a guest wants an aperitif before their meal.

We are a family of around 500 restaurant enthusiasts who stick together, look after each other and even celebrate together every now and then. Our success comes down to the fact that we all take great joy in restaurant work.

And if you don’t yet have a place to stay nearby when you start, you can stay with us at the Fischer’s Fritz campground directly on the lake in Zurich Wollishofen. All you have to bring is a tent. This is just one of the many benefits to working at our restaurants.

Service experience would be great. Of course, we are also open to those looking to change careers who are interested in the job. If you are quick to pick up on new things, you will easily learn how we do things around here. And that’s when the job really gets to be fun.
